The NP Extruder MC-1102R is a single-screw type designed for medium-scale snack pellet manufacturing. Its insert-type forming die performs a quick change in pellet shaping. The temperature at the 5-barrel-zones can be controlled separately and offers an excellent processability for a wide varieties in ingredients used. It is also equipped with a Downward Die Head Assembly, needed for longer and straighter pellets.
