To transfer easily the newly flavoured snack product to the Packaging section (from flavouring tumbler to Linear distribution system) Bucket Lift is necessary. Comparing with Modular Plastic Belt conveyor, the Bucket lift is more sanitary and lesser down time when cleaning. Only the easy wipe ABS-Resin Buckets (Not the whole set of belt conveyor) shall be taken out from the production site to the washing area. Just like “lego” buckets are easy taken-out and mounted back to the SUS chain drive. No tool is required.

Transferring of product is one of the critical component in packaging system. Any improper move of product may cause damage of product [and/]or reduction of flavour effectiveness.
