STANDARD - EF-200 FRYER WITH FLAVOR APPLICATOR

Required fixed amount of dried pellet is fed into stainless steel bucket feeder for every batch then the pellet is transferred to frying kettle. Stainless steel wire-mesh basket transfers fried pellet to connected centrifugal oil separator where the excess oil is removed. Lift-up conveyor transfers fried products to flavor applicator which guarantees very uniform flavor application. Flavored products are discharged automatically from the rear part of the tumbler.
