STANDARD/DOUBLE LAYERED - EN-500 SECOND DRYER

The second drier is closed type cylindrical dryer which dries the half product (pellet) with 13 - 15% moisture content under controlled time and temperature condition down to optimum moisture % (10 - 7%) for frying or roasting. Pellet is hand-fed into cylindrical drying chambers. L.P. gas or electric heater is the available heat source.
Standard drying time is 6 - 12 hours at 60 - 70 oC. It has 24 hrs timer for auto start/stop and auto temp. controller.
