After 8 - 20 hours aging, the dough sheet (it is like rubber) is slit and cut to desired size by this cutting machine. Product width is determined by slitting unit. 2.5mm, 5.0mm, 9.0mm and 12.0mm width slitting units are available as spare parts option.
