The letter E in our E-series snack production line stands for Ebisen in Japanese or Prawn Cracker production line. As the name self-explains, this production line is originated in Japan and is still enjoying great popularity not only in Japan but all over the world with its big production capacity (200 - 500 kg /hr.), economical aspect (wheat flour can be used as main raw material), versatility (various sorts of ingredients can be used), vast potential in product variation (shapes, layers, tastes, etc. ) etc.

Standard E-Series Single Layer Line

Standard E-series Line consists of EK-250 Steam Cooker, ES-250 Dough Sheeter, EDC-250 Drying/Cooling Conveyor, EU-1000 cutter or ET-250 Stamper, ED-1600 First Dryer, EN-500 Second Dryer, ER-200 Sand Roaster or EF-200 Fryer or HAR-200 Hot Air Roaster and last process is FA-200 Flavor Applicator and/or OS-100 Oil Slurry System. Standard E-series Line can extend to Double Layered Product manufacturing Line by adding CCF-200 Dough Sheet Doubling Conveyor, CCF-1 Connecting Conveyor, EFT-200 Forming/Laminating Machine, CCF-2 Connection Conveyor, EDS-200 Pellet Separator/Pre-Dryer, CCF-3 Connection Conveyor and ESH-200 Pellet Shifter/Selector.
