Snacks as core of the product are charged into the revolving pan and then warmed liquid chocolate is poured over to the snacks. This process is repeated several times until desired thickness of chocolate is coated.
Surface finishing ingredients such as Arabia Gum are coated over the product in the same revolving pan to make the products smooth and glossy.
