After
cooling and hardening, an Automatic
Demolding Machine automatically
demolds the product into pieces.
The Demolder consists of a mold
tray pusher; a tray twister to
separate the hardened chocolate
from the mold; a tray turnover
device; a pneumatic hammer to
demold the loosened chocolates
from the mold and put onto the
discharge conveyor. The empty
trays move on to another turn
over device to turn it upright
before sending the tray back to
the return conveyor for refilling
in the Cereal/Chocolate Molding
Machine. The twister, turn over
device, hammer and mold tray pusher
are all pneumatic. The discharge
conveyor is inverter controlled
with intermittent movement to
convey the demolded chocolates
in blocks to the packing machine.
The whole process is fully automatic
using microprocessor control.
