Custard Cake Line

Custard cake is one of butter cake filled with custard flavored cream and long life products. It has been in the Japanese market for long time as the cake for whole sale market.
We have been supplying this line to not only Japanese confectionery but also other Asian countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

Dorayaki

Japanese pan cake in which red bean jam is sandwiched by buns. This is a typical and traditional style Japanese confectionery and is usually served with Japanese tea, black tea or coffee. This cake is considered quite new to other areas of the world and becoming very popular in the market.
