PUFF GUN

Puff Gun is Japan's traditional Snack Producing Machine which puffs wheat, corn or rice by heat and pressure inside the closed type cooking vessel. After feeding the raw materials into the cooking vessel, the vessel start rotating to get even cooking. When the heat goes up by LPG burner to cook the material, the pressure inside builds up. When the pressure and heat reach the optimum point of expansion, the machine literally becomes a gun, shooting the expanded products with a big sound. The puffed product is usually applied with sweet seasonings.
