Syrup seasoning
is prepared and cooked by the
cooker using a steam jacketed
chamber. Mixing is done by agitating
blades. The mixed syrup is transferred
into the water jacketed feeding
tank via a transfer pump. Then
metered amount of syrup is fed
to the cylindrical Syrup Coater.
When the puffs are traveled
into the Coater via Product
Feeding Conveyor, 2-fluid Spray
Nozzle sprays syrup, sprinkling
the syrup onto the puffs uniformly
with the rotation of cylinder.
After syrup application, puffs
are fed to the Finishing Dryer
APD-200, the final process (Please

Slurry System is the solution
to difficult application of
highly viscous mixture of powder
seasoning and liquid substance.
It is guaranteed to continuously
deliver the correct amount of
viscous mixture in right proportions.
With chili seeds or vegetable
flakes?----- Clog-free! The
tank is a water jacketed heating
system with agitator, and the
incorporation of continuously
re-circulation diaphragm pump
ensures a homogenous mixture,
while the tube pump dosing system
supplies the metered amount
of mixture. The air atomizing
spray nozzle is proven to be
clog-free even at extreme concentration
of solids in the mixture.

Applicator With Oil Spraying System
FAO-200
Flavor Applicator applies flavor
to snack bodies continuously
and uniformly. It consists of
Product In-Feed Conveyor, Oil
Spraying System, Powder Flavor
Feeding System and Coating Tumbler.
After spraying oil to the snack
body, metered amount of flavor
is fed to the coating tumbler
where the product is evenly
coated with flavor by mean of
specially designed spiral structure.
Tumbler speed is controlled
by inverter-operated speed controller
to meet to optimum tumbling
speed.
